Danny Wilkinson – Director
Danny Wilkinson has a background in financial services. He established and ran a successful bookkeeping business, Advantage Bookkeeping Services, since 1998. In 2005, Danny began taking on the management of body corporates and over the last 9 years has gained valuable experience in Strata Title and Community Title legislation. Expanding by word of mouth recommendations, the body corporate management grew until it separated into a new entity. Stratacomm Management Services Pty Ltd was established in 2011 and continues to flourish and expand with an excellent reputation.
Danny is amongst one of the first in South Australia to gain the national qualifications for Strata Managers “Certificate IV on Property Services (Operations).
Danny is a corporate member of Strata Community Australia the peak association supporting the strata sector in the country.
Jenny Hunkin – Body Corporate Manager
Jenny brings to Stratacomm building maintenance and management skills. She has a Certificate IV in Environmental Sustainability and is currently involved in adding to her qualifications in Real Estate (Operations) as a Strata Manager.
Her initiative, enthusiasm and energetic response to your concerns has been pivotal in the success of Stratacomm in the Adelaide Hills as your preferred body corporate manager.
Jenny is a practising member of Strata Community Australia the peak association supporting the strata sector in the country.
